Are your apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Colorado Corporate Housing offers fully furnished apartments, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, townhomes, condos and single family houses.  Our units come with a complete furniture package and housewares which includes a full kitchen package, linens and electronics. 

What about pets?
Many of our communities allow cat and dogs to stay with you.  There are some pet restrictions on breed, number of pets and weight.  Your leasing agent will help you guide you through that process.  There are typically extra deposits required. 

Can I have a home office in my furnished rental?
Yes.  Everything you need for a home office is available.  We offer desks, chairs, computers, copier and fax machines.  Please refer to our Amenities page for additional information.

What about High-Speed Internet?
All of our furnished rentals come with HSI.  The type of access and service providers might vary depending on the community or location.

Do you offer smoking or non-smoking units?
All Colorado Corporate Housing units are non-smoking units.  Our guests that smoke may do so outside the apartment, house, townhome or condo. 

Are all utilities included?
Yes.  All utilities are included with the  monthly cost of your unit.  There are no surcharges, additional fees or taxes.  Additional unauthorized charges by the tenant will be billed to your company or your credit card. 

Minimum stay?
There is a 30 day minimum stay.  Stays of longer than 30 days are pro-rated per day.   A 30 day notice to vacate is require on most corporate units.

Can you bill my employer or my insurance company?
Colorado Corporate Housing specializes in corporate billing.  Colorado Corporate Housing provides corporations all-inclusive billing for employee housing.  Or, your insurance agent may call us to set up your billing. 

What if I need a ground floor unit?
We can provide you with a ground floor unit.  Availability does fluctuate, but call your leasing agent for current availability.
